Sustain the Plain - Programme Area

The Programme area has a population of just over 100,000 people. It includes the towns and villages on the Plain and immediately adjacent, but as shown on the map excludes Salisbury. The boundary line is drawn along Parish boundaries, and the area includes all of the Parishes and towns listed. For a project to qualify for funding it has to benefit people who live within the area. Projects which take place partly within the Programme area and/or involve people who live in and outside the programme area may be able to obtain some funding on a pro rata basis.
